Taner Güngör

Hello there, I am Taner Güngör currently working as a team leader and senior software engineer who is always looking for exciting and challenging opportunities.

I studied Computer Engineering with a scholarship in Izmir University of Economics. During my study, I worked as a freelancer in Netsis around 3 years in different web-development projects.

After my graduation I got an offer from Accenture that is one of the largest consultancy company in the world. I worked in a correspondent bank application for Is Bank that is one of the largest bank in Turkey. After 1,5 years software product development in Finance and Banking field, I realized that it would be a great idea to work on more challenging industries which include artificial intelligence, machine vision and robotics.

I checked multiple master programs and finally got a scholarship from European Education and Culture Executive Agency for International Program in Vision and robotics. I attended the University of Burgundy in France, Girona University in Spain and Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

After my master, I accepted a software engineering position in ADASENS Automotive GmbH which was located in Lindau, Germany and subsidiary of FICOSA that is an automotive global supplier, partner to all automakers worldwide. I implemented an algorithm for Online Calibration for Rear-view Camera System and got a patent for it. This product was designed and developed as level 1/2 system and used in 2019 Audi e-Tron vehicles. After that I had another offer from APTIV Services Deutschland GmbH and worked as an experienced software engineer in level 3/4 Highway-Pilot System for 2021 BMW iX vehicles. Then, I worked as a team leader and a senior software engineer in Dekimo that is an independent electronics solution provider in Europe. My focus in the company was giving consultancy service for the Root of Trust RT-130 software product of Rambus to facilitate code safety, security, portability and reliability in the context of embedded systems.

Currently, I am working as a senior software engineer in Volue that is a leading technology supplier and enabler of the green transition. Our solutions optimise energy production, trading, distribution and consumption, as well as infrastructure and construction projects. My current focus is implementing secure communication layers, integrating APIs, developing and testing software features, maintaining systems, and documenting architectures for scalable solutions.
